Return & Refund Policy

At MDN Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns/ refund cannot be processed once delivered, unless:
1. You receive the wrong product.
2. The product is damaged during transit.

Reporting an Issue:  

Please contact us via mail within 24 hours of delivery with:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photos of the product.
3. A complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your claim is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
