Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. MDN Jewels is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
